  • Messages: anything you write to us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our server records automatically for security and to keep the website working properly, and information about how you use this website, such as the pages you visit and the buttons you click (see section 11).

The personal data we hold comes directly from you, through this website or when you contact us on WhatsApp or by email.

4. Required and optional information

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on our forms are required. If you do not provide them, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry, list your unit or arrange a viewing. All other fields are optional.

By submitting a form on this website, or by contacting us through WhatsApp or email, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 9).

6. Who we share your personal data with

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data. We only share it where needed for the purposes above, with:

  • Prospective buyers and tenants: unit details and photographs submitted by owners are shared for marketing. Owners’ contact details are not published.
  • Property portals and co-operating real estate agents: to market listed units and arrange viewings.
  • Unit owners: when you request a viewing or show interest in a unit, we may share your name and requirements with the owner.
  • Service providers who help us run this website and communicate with you, such as web hosting, email services, WhatsApp (Meta), and Google services including Maps, Analytics and reCAPTCHA spam protection.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

7. Transfer outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers, such as WhatsApp and Google, may store or process data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.

8. Unit photographs

If you upload photographs of your unit, you confirm that you are the owner or are authorised to share them, and you agree that we may use them in listings. Please avoid including personal items, documents or people in your photos. We may crop or decline photographs that show personal information.

9. Your rights

  • Access and correction: you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • Withdraw consent and stop marketing: you may ask us to stop using your data or stop sending you updates at any time. Simply reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or contact us.
  • Deletion: you may ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Data portability: once this right comes into force, you may ask us to transfer your data to another party, subject to the conditions set by law.

We will respond to access and correction requests within 21 days, as permitted by law. If we need more time, we will let you know before then. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our forms are protected against spam, enquiries are stored in a password-protected area, and access is limited to the people who need it to assist you.
